Your Hand In Mine
The second book series written by Stephanie Surma for her “Whiley World Series” line.
Trash Polka Deck Design
For a course final project for a graphic design certificate, we were tasked with designing a deck of playing cards. I chose to attempt to replicate a tattoo style known as Trash Polka, where you take a black and grey design and add red accents an anarchist manner. To take the project a step further, I decided that instead of just copy and pasting the 4 standard playing card symbols on the main display, I would individually draw every card design.
Direct Mail and Product Design
During my Adobe InDesign course, I was tasked to create a product to advertise through a brochure and direct mail campaign that would also have a newsletter tied to it as well. With the help of a few fellow design friends allowing me to use some of their shots for the sake of the project, I created a design based around a technician magazine. *Assist credit goes to Erik McCandless, Kevin Gray and Claire Plauzoles.
Coffee Shop Design Project
During my Adobe Illustrator course, we were tasked with a semester long project of creating a print and design package for a coffee shop. Taking the project a step further, I decided to not only incorporate a music theme, but even had a music performance listing insert as part of the menu design in the process.
